I'm a PT & Health Coach very passionate about helping women improve their health & fitness without diets and restrictions. I grew up in Sweden but for the last 13 years I've lived in London and I work both online and face-to-face with my clients. I've done my training in Sweden and in the UK and it includes Nutrition/Lifestyle Coaching, Personal Training and Pilates. I have specialised in Pre- & Post Natal Training and my approach of combining Pilates & Strength Training makes it a very safe and effective way of exercising for these client groups!

I started one of Emma's programs a couple of months after my second baby was born. I was suffering from back pain and felt generally weak and unfit. Pilates combined with a bit of strength training was perfect for me because of my back issues and Emma helped me to slowly but surely regain my strength. The best thing for has been that I've been able to workout from home. I would recommend Emma's online programs for any tired mums who are too busy to get to the gym!
